Paragon's main focus is to apply the Buy-And-Hold strategy to acquire cash-flow positive residential and commercial properties, generating passive rental income as the property appreciates. Occasionally, Paragon will utilize the Fix-And-Flip strategy to profit from the sale of the property while also adding value to the neighborhood. We are all about the win-win!

How do you choose properties to invest in?

Paragon Property Investments LLC seeks out potential investment properties in which there is a mutual benefit to the seller(s), to Paragon, and to our tenants. Our mission is simple: to provide great places for great people. If we can fulfill a seller's needs or help them solve a problem while also building our investment portfolio, we're interested!

In which ways can you provide help to a homeowner?

That all depends on the homeowner's needs. If he/she needs cash, Paragon might be able to buy the property with a larger cash down payment. If the sale price is most important, Paragon might be able to find a creative solution to purchase the property for more than it would sell for on the MLS, by adjusting the terms of the sale. From cleanout and moving to finding credit help and more, there are so many ways PARAGON can assist homeowners. It all starts with getting to know you and hearing your needs.

Couldn't I just sell my home with a realtor?

Yes, of course. Realtors can be very good at selling homes (we have amazing realtors in the family!). You just have to pay for their services. In some cases, Paragon could pay you more for your property than you could sell it for on the MLS. If you plan on selling your home, remember that you have options. We would be happy to discuss all options with you and see what is the best fit for you. Let us be your problem-solvers!

Do you receive a real estate commission from property transactions?

No. Members of Paragon Property Investments LLC do not get paid commission from the sale or purchase of a house. You WOULD pay a commission to your Real Estate agent, if you chose to use their services. This is actually one reason why selling your investment property to Paragon can save you money!

Who handles basic repairs of the property?

It depends on the repair. Minor repair work might be done by a member of Paragon Property Investments LLC, provided the work does not require a building permit and can be performed in a safe manner. More sophisticated repairs will be performed by licensed and insured professionals, and/or contractors.
